The <\/span><\/span>M<\/span><\/span><\/strong> edcoo <\/span><\/span>C<\/span><\/span><\/strong> are <\/span><\/span>M<\/span><\/span><\/strong> anagement tokens represent subscription rights to the surpluses generated by Medcoo MVZ GmbH from income as a management company in accordance with Section 140a Paragraph 3 No. 2.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Medcoo MVZ GmbH is the contractual partner for the implementation of digital healthcare processes, which are concluded with it under contracts pursuant to Section 140a of the German Social Code (SGB V). As the management company, it assumes the economic and organizational responsibility for the implementation of healthcare pathways (health plans) in the region.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

MCM tokens will be issued in tranches up to a total of 26,000 MCM. The first 1,000 MCM will be issued at a collateral value of \u20ac500 per MCM. The next 1,000 MCM will be issued at \u20ac1,000 per MCM, and a further 1,250 MCM will be issued at a value of \u20ac1,500 per MCM. At the end of the first allocation round, 12.5% \u200b\u200bof the subscription rights will have been issued to hedge the financial risk. The issuance of the remaining MCM (87.5%) will depend on the success of the implementation of the new digital healthcare system. Since the first 12.5% \u200b\u200bof the MCM tokens hedge the economic risk and thus also any cost surplus, the value of the MCM tokens will be set at \u20ac0 until further notice. The purchase of MCM tokens is therefore equivalent to a non-tax-deductible donation. A total loss is possible and would be tantamount to a lack of interest on the part of citizens and payers in benefit-oriented and digital healthcare.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
